East African Community Regional Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

The East African Science and Technology Commission (EASTECO) is in the process of developing an East African Community (EAC) Regional Intellectual Property (IP) Policy.
The overall objective of the policy is to create a dynamic, vibrant, and balanced IP system in EAC Partner States. Intellectual Property systems can stimulate innovation, creativity, promote the advancement of science & technology, traditional knowledge and biological resources in the EAC.

As a key business player in East Africa, EABC welcomes you to share your valuable views and insights to inform the development of the EAC Regional Intellectual Property Policy.
