The East African Business Council (EABC) is delighted to extend an invitation from the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat to participate in the second edition of the AfCFTA Business Forum, branded Biashara Afrika 2024 (#BA2024). This prestigious event will be held at the Kigali Convention and Exhibition Village from October 9-11, 2024, under the patronage of H.E. Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda.

Co-hosted with the Government of Rwanda, and under the theme “Dare to Invent the Future of the AfCFTA”, #BA2024 will offer a dynamic platform for dialogue between African public and private sectors, multinationals, and key stakeholders. The forum will explore the challenges and opportunities in building regional and continental value chains, and establishing reliable supply chain networks—critical to unlocking the full potential of intra-Africa trade.
