The East African Business Council (EABC), in collaboration with the Private Sector Federation Rwanda (PSF-R) and in partnership with the East African Community (EAC) Secretariat, is organizing the EABC CEOs-EAC Secretary General Breakfast Meeting on 11th October 2024, Kigali-Rwanda.
This event, themed “Enhancing Competitiveness in the EAC: Addressing Barriers to Trade and Leveraging Opportunities in Regional Integration,” will provide a platform for the private sector in Rwanda to present policy priorities aimed at increasing trade, investment ties and uptake of the opportunities presented by the regional integration process.
The discussions will focus on the perspectives of Rwanda’s private sector regarding opportunities and solutions to barriers affecting intra- and extra-EAC trade and investment. The meeting will also feature high-level speeches from the Secretary General of the EAC, Minister and Business Leaders.
