EABC with support from GIZ-Creating Perspective Project and Federation of German Industries (BDI) have undertaken substantial efforts in past seven months, to introduce a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to the National Focal Points and other Business Membership Organizations with aim of helping BMO’s to better serve their members and stakeholders across East Africa.

In this regard, the East African Business Council is organizing a Training on CRM Software Implementation scheduled to be held in Nairobi, Kenya from 28th – 29th January 2021.

This two-day training, will enable BMOs to:

• Gain practical skills on CRM functionalities
• Get professional advice on CRM from international experts
• Network and share experiences with representatives from National Focal Points and Sector
  Associations.

The training will take place in Nairobi & ensure the highest safety standards in times of COVID 19 with training rooms providing the necessary level of distance between participants.
