Kampala, Uganda | 24–26 August 2026 : The East African Business Council (EABC), through the EAC-EU-GIZ LIFTED Project conducted a three-day coaching programme for 20 export-ready service companies in Uganda.
The programme equipped participating firms with practical skills to develop Service Export Strategies, strengthen export readiness and identify suitable target markets, enabling them to pursue opportunities beyond the EAC market in the AfCFTA and global markets.
The participating firms represented sectors including logistics and freight forwarding, AI and digital solutions, digital health, tourism and hospitality, professional consulting, and digital payments.
The coaching strengthened the capacity of participating firms to identify new markets, improve their export strategies and position their services for regional and international trade.
